    平湖虬廊戏碧波——莫伯治泮溪酒家泮岛餐厅及画舫设计思想研究与复建设计

    摘要:回顾岭南建筑大师莫伯治主持的广州泮溪酒家继1960年首期工程后的1974年开始的扩建历程,根据其化整为零、曲直结合的空间布局与指导思想,以泮岛餐厅和画舫为主,分析当代岭南庭园艺术在现代主义美学理论影响下的设计风格与形式特点,与同时期国际水准的作品横向比较,肯定其建筑、庭园、室内装饰三结合创作水平所达到的高度,遵循其创作路线,结合复建工程设计,探讨在现代主义美学理论的推动下进一步繁荣岭南庭园艺术形式的意义。

    Abstract:The process of the expanding construction of Panxi Restaurant in Guangzhou since 1974 after the first phase engineering in 1960, directed by Lingnan architecture master Mo Bozhi, is reviewed in this paper. According to his guiding idea of decentralized architecture layout and flexible spatial design, and taking Pandao Hall and the Gaily-painted Pleasure-boat as the main objects, the design style and form characteristics of contemporary Lingnan garden art influenced by modernist aesthetic theories are analyzed, and in horizontal comparison with the international-standard works at the same period, the high level they achieved in the combination of architecture, garden, and interior decoration is affirmed. Following the creative line and combining with the reconstruction engineering design, the significance of further prospering Lingnan garden art form driven by modernist aesthetic theories is explored.
