    巧思致妙景 润物细无声——以美国芝加哥植物园为例谈植物园的寓教于游

    摘要:植物园是进行科学普及和环境教育的基地,寓教于乐是教育的一个重要手段。以芝加哥植物园为例,从植物资源、主题园建设、解说牌、说明图册的设计、网站的建立和开展的主题活动几个方面,介绍了植物园将教育融入游憩休闲的思想以及细致、全面的工作。指出植物园开展教育是一项长期的、系统的、有计划的工作和任务,我们应借鉴芝加哥植物园的经验,更好发挥植物园的教育功能。

    Abstract:Botanical garden is a scientific base for environmental education. The combination of knowledge and recreation is an important method for education. This article introduces the Chicago Botanic Garden as a distinguished example in this field. The garden embraces rich botany resources includes many theme parks, wonderful interpretive signs, free booklets, websites and organized activities for educational purpose. This essay tries to point out that botanical gardens should integrate education with recreation derived from the experience of the Chicago Botanic Garden. It's a long-term, systematic and premeditated mission to fulfill the educational function in all public parks.
