    回归街道生活的步行社区街道设计策略

    摘要:现代主义者们认为机动车代表着未来的交通,但如今这种思想正在衰退。从20世纪80年代开始,新城市主义者就已经对未来的街道环境规划进行不断的探讨。首先分析了影响中国城市社区营造步行社区街道生活的最大问题:街道尺度和封闭社区。然后针对一些步行社区街道设计的具体问题,如街道边界、交通平息手段、道路停车、店面设计、转角半径等提出具体设计策略。中国城市创造社区街道生活还需要解决很多问题,但是我们依然可以从街道设计的局部和细节入手整顿,循序渐进地改善和创造具有活力的步行街道生活环境。

    Abstract:For over half a century it has been the motor vehicle, since the 1980's this idea has been in decline, with New Urbanism influencing the future of street planning. This paper looks at some of the problems associated with the loss of vitality: the street scale and a closed community. Further analysis addresses these problems head-on, starting from the creation of a walkable community and the subsequent organic growth of a sense of community and vitality through a mixed function street network. Finally, specific details such as street design, store and shop design, corner radii, road boundary height to width ratio and street parking are put forward as part of a potential design scheme. The author thinks that to create a pedestrian liveable communities for Chinese city still needs to solve many problems, such as the community planning structure, function of land layout and living habits. It seems too long, but we can still start from the details of street design, step by step, to create vitality street environment in contemporary city community in China.
