    基于地理信息技术的成都市屋顶绿化现状调查与分析

    摘要:由于位置特殊、个体数量众多和产权多为非公有性等特点,屋顶绿化的现状调研一直是个难题。通过尝试运用地理信息技术,并探索适宜的数量化方法,分析得到了成都市二环路内屋顶绿化的主要现状数据:屋顶绿化总面积达142.2hm2,绿化率为13.4%,且分布不均匀,一、二环路之间屋顶绿化率明显高于一环路以内,城中心区域最低;7层及以下居住建筑是目前屋顶绿化的主力军,绿化率为17.1%,商业建筑及公共建筑屋顶绿化率都不到5%。

    Abstract:The research about the status of green roof has been a puzzle because there are many affecting elements, such as the unique feature of location, the mass number of individuals and private rights of property, etc. This paper takes advantage of the Geographic Information System (GIS) technology to explore a suitable quantitative method for green roof study. The main status quo data within the Second Ring Road of Chengdu is obtained and analyzed. The total area of green roof is 142.2hm2, the greening rate is 13.4%, and furthermore, the distribution of green roof is asymmetric. The greening rate of the area between the First Ring Road and the Second Ring Road is significantly higher than that within the First Ring Road, and the minimum value appears in the city center area. The residential buildings of seven floors and below are the primary component of green roof, with the greening rate of 17.1%. The roof greening rate of commercial and public buildings is less than 5%
