    基于叶片拍照的城市绿地灌草植物绿量的测定方法研究

    摘要:灌草层植物绿量是城市绿地中不可忽略的部分,但是灌草植物绿量的测定较为困难。采用采集样方叶片粘贴在透明板上拍照,然后应用软件矢量化的方法计算叶面积。结果表明:Nikon p60数码相机,控制模式5m—Fine模式,关闭闪关灯状态,摄影距离>1m能获得较好的效果;照片用R2V软件矢量化后,应用ArcGIS和AutoCAD计算叶面积无显著差异,但ArcGIS更为方便快捷;马蹄金、白三叶和结缕草可以采用10cm×10cm的小样方;样方数量一般需要达到35~40个,才能保证结果的可靠性。

    Abstract:Green quantity of shrub and herb plants is an important part of urban green land. But it is difficult to measure directly because of small leaves. Leaves were collected in small samples and pasted on transparent plate, then a photograph was taken in this paper. Leaves areas were calculated by software after vectorization. The results showed as the following: Camera model was Nikon p60, shooting mode was 5m-Fine, shooting distance was up 1m and the flash should be turn off. Photos were vectorizated by R2V, and then calculated by ArcGIS, which was much simpler than AutoCAD. The suitable quadrat size was 10cm×10cm for Dichondra repens, Trifolium repens and Zoysia japonica. A suitable sample number was 35-40 in order to ensure the reliability of the results.
