基于多因子生态容量与GIS技术的森林公园总体规划方法改进 ——以流溪河国家森林公园总体规划为例

摘要:2000年后,中国国有林场逐步改制,森林公园的环境保护与旅游开发面临新的挑战。以流溪河国家森林公园总体规划为例,引入新的生态规划与生态容量分析技术和GIS计算机辅助技术,对森林公园的生态容量、建设规模与发展边界作出更科学合理的分析判定,从而提出强化容量控制与建设用地管理的森林公园总体规划编制改进方法。
Abstract:After the reform of China's state-owned forest farm in 2000, the protection and development of Forest Park faces new challenges. In Liuxihe River National Forest Park master plan as an example, we present an improved forest park master planning method, introducing new ecological capacity and GIS analysis technique, to make more scientific and rational analysis on the park's ecological carrying capacity, development scale and boundary, thereby strengthening the capacity control of construction and land management.
