    基于雨水调蓄的武汉中心城区湖泊公园布局调控策略研究

    摘要:随着城市的快速发展,湖泊资源退化消失,城市内涝日益严重。湖泊公园是湖泊水系和绿地系统对城市雨洪调蓄协同作用的重要载体。首先利用遥感影像提取武汉中心城区湖泊信息,结果显示2000—2015年湖泊面积减少了34km2,湖泊景观破碎度变大,形状指数变小;其次计算了湖泊的雨水调蓄潜力。通过城市降雨汇水路径与城市渍水点、城市绿地系统、城市雨洪管网的耦合分析,探究了影响湖泊雨洪调蓄潜力发挥的因素。最后探索了湖泊公园的布局调控策略。宏观层面建立湖泊水系与绿地系统共融的城市雨洪安全格局,中观层面完善湖泊公园与周边用地的雨水对接,微观层面实现湖泊景观与雨水基础设施的协同设计。以期缓解城市雨洪问题,并为湖泊资源的保护与景观营建提供借鉴。

    Abstract:Many water resources degrade during the fast urbanization, while the disaster of internal water-logging becomes more and more serious. This study suggests that regulating the distribution of lake parks is a way to protect the lake resources and solve the internal water-logging. Firstly, this study analyzes the evolution characteristics of the lake system in the central city of Wuhan from 2000 to 2015, and calculates of stormwater capacity of lakes. Secondly, this study explores the reasons that impact the lakes' function in regulation and storage of stormwater, by coupling analysis of the catchment areas of the lakes with the water-logging areas, the green space system and the rainwater pipe network. Lastly, this study recommends three strategies to regulate the lake parks' distribution. It is proposed to stablish the city rainwater security pattern by functioning the synergistic action between the green space system and the lake system on the macro-scale, to connect the lake parks with the surroundings on the middle-scale, and to design the lake parks' landscape elements and rainwater infrastructures collaboratively on the micro-scale.
