    基于生态系统服务功能的区域生态网络构建——以哈尔滨为例

    摘要:生态系统服务功能,是从城镇生态资源需求方面评价自然并与自然建立联系的重要指标。在快速城镇化背景下,随着生态环境的恶化,生态系统服务功能逐渐弱化甚至消失。以生态系统服务功能为主线建立生态网络,是提升区域生态系统服务功能、指引城镇合理布局并维持区域可持续发展的重要途径。根据城市发展对生态系统服务功能的需求,初步构建了区域尺度生态系统服务功能指标体系;在GIS技术支持下,采用不可替代性分析方法对生态系统服务功能进行评价,并对其保护与管理进行优先性分析,确定生态核心(eco-cores);根据最小成本路径模型识别连接生态核心的生态廊道(eco-corridors),最终构建基于生态系统服务功能的生态网络,为区域尺度城市生态资源评价、网络优化与可持续发展提供参考。

    Abstract:Ecosystem service function is an important index to evaluate and connect with natural resources. As rapid urbanization continues to expand, ecosystem deterioration and ecosystem service reduction are becoming more and more prevalent. Establishing ecological network based on ecosystem service has been considered as an effective way to improve ecological services and direct the urban pattern to a rational and sustainable level. An index system of ecological network was established based on the requirement from urban development. The representative indices were integrated using the irreplaceability analysis and the eco-cores were identified by prioritization of irreplaceability. Eco-corridors were identified by the least cost path model. Finally, the corresponding pattern of ecological network was proposed to provide references to regional evaluation of ecological resources, network optimization and urban sustainable development.
