| 近年来，EPC模式成为园林工程总承包中的一种主
流建设管理模式，与传统的园林建设管理模式相比，实现了设
计、采购、施工一体化运作，具有效率高、项目进度控制全面
等明显优势，被用于工期短、难度大的重点园林工程建设管理
模式。同时，由于园林工程存在着园林建材种类多、标准化
程度低、植物特异性广，以及易受季节性影响等因素，园林
EPC项目建设过程更具复杂性和不定性，使得总承包商存在
的经营风险较大。以深圳前海自贸合作区环境和绿化双提升工
程为例，探讨园林工程EPC模式下总承包商所面临的风险和
控制思路 |

| In recent years, EPC mode has become a mainstream
construction management mode in the general contracting of
landscape engineering. Compared with the traditional landscape
construction management mode, it has realized the integrated
operation of design, procurement and construction, with obvious
advantages such as high efficiency, comprehensive project schedule
control, etc., and has been used in the construction management
mode of key landscape engineering with short construction period
and great difficulty. At the same time, there are many kinds of
garden building materials, low degree of standardization, wide
specificity of plants and vulnerability to seasonal influence in
landscape engineering, which make EPC project more complex
and uncertain than construction projects, and the general contractor
has greater operational risk. Taking the double-promotion project
of environment and greening in Qianhai Free Trade Cooperation
Zone in Shenzhen as an example, this paper discusses the risks and
control ideas faced by the general contractor under EPC mode of
landscape engineering |
