| 建立以国家公园为主体的自然保护地体系，是贯彻习近平生态文明思想的重大举措。自然保护地①作为生态文明建设的核心载体和重要区域，其规划也应积极践行“人与自然和谐共生、绿水金山就是金山银山、统筹山水林田湖草系统治理”[1]等生态文明思想和理念，以目标和问题为导向，针对中国自然保护地的特征和困难，将生态优先、科学利用、统筹社区发展等方面作为规划研究的重点，使规划既成为各自然保护地工作的基础和管理的依据，也成为生态文明建设的重要技术手段。 |

| Discussion on the Planning of Protected Areas from the Perspective of Ecological Civilization |

| Abstract: |
| Establishing a natural protected area system with national parks as the main body is a significant step to implement Xi Jinping's thoughts on ecological civilization. As the core carrier and important area of the construction of ecological civilization, nature protected area planning should actively implement the ideas and concepts of ecological civilization such as "the harmonious coexistence of humans and nature, lucid waters and lush mountains being invaluable assets, and the overall management of landscapes, forests, fields, lakes and grasses". Also, it should be target and problem oriented and take account of the characteristics and difficulties of China's natural protected areas. And the planning research should focus on the eco-priority, scientific utilization and overall development of community. These will make planning of natural protected area to be the basis and management of each nature protected area and an important technical means for the construction of ecological civilization. |
