高密度城区小微型公园绿地布局调控方法

摘要:
在高密度城区,面积小、形态灵活的微公园正逐渐 成为户外游憩空间拓展主体。但由于建成环境下微公园发展受 到服务对象分布、偏好及其他环境要素共同影响,要素类型众 多且作用方式各异,要在规划中有效调控仍有较大难度。以微 公园服务供需适配为导向,建立微公园布局影响因素的分析评 测框架,以盐城中心城区为案例,应用抽样调查、POI数据分 析、供需适配分析等技术对微公园布局进行调控。通过对比公 园绿地关键规划指标提升幅度及微公园贡献度发现,在该方法 调控下,微公园能对高密度环境下居民需求分布和强度特征展 开高效响应,并在游憩机会增补、可达性及公平性提升上发挥 重要作用。

Abstract:
In high-density urban areas, mini-parks, characterized as tiny size and flexible shape, are becoming the main body for the expansion of outdoor recreational space. However, the installation of mini-parks is affected by multiple factors in the highdensity environment including the spatial distribution and social characteristics of residents and other existing factors in the built environment. Since the types of affecting factors are diverse and their action modes differ, it is difficult to install the mini-parks responding integrally to all these factors in planning. In order to get a comprehensive solution, this paper took the balance between supply and demand conditions for mini-park development as a main perspective and established an analysis framework for the factors affecting mini-park installation. With the central city of Yancheng as a case, a planning method for mini-park layout formation was explored by using sampling survey, Points of Interest (POI) data analysis, and supply-demand matching analysis. By comparing the improvement range of key planning indicators of all parks and the contribution of mini-parks, it is found that mini-parks can effectively respond to the distribution and intensity characteristics of residents' demand in high-density environment, and played an important role in the provision of recreation opportunities and the improvement of accessibility and equity.
