| 按照世界遗产精神与评价标准，京西稻的遗产价值
包括：体现了农耕文化作为中国封建王朝的根基，证实了中国
古代农业文明的南北交流，证实了中国农业景观与园林艺术的
交融，据此提出农业文化遗产“文化性”与“生产性”结合的
特点。再结合京西稻的遗产价值与现状分析，从宏观保护策略
和微观格局调整2个层面提出具体的保护与规划建议。最后，
总结归纳农业文化遗产保护与规划的思路与框架：以遗产的价
值和现状为依据，以解决遗产保护与开发的时间、空间和主体
间的矛盾为核心，通过协调遗产保护与开发，促进“文化性”
与“生产性”的统一，从而实现农业文化遗产的长久保护与可
持续发展。 |

| The Protection Path of Agricultural Cultural Heritagefrom the Perspective of World Heritage: A CaseStudy of Jingxi Rice |

| Abstract: |
| According to the world heritage spirit and evaluation
criteria, the heritage value of Jingxi Rice includes: its development
and prosperity witnesses the emperors' emphasis on agriculture;
the technological progress and varieties reflects the progress of
farming civilization and the cultivation was the fusion of agriculture
landscape and royal gardens as well. Secondly, based on the
analysis of the heritage value and current situation of Jingxi Rice,
this paper puts forward specific protection and planning suggestions
from two aspects: macro protection strategy and micro pattern
adjustment. Finally, it summarized the agricultural cultural heritage
protection and planning ideas and framework: based on the value
and status of heritage, the core is to solve the contradiction
between heritage protection and development, including time,
space and interest subjects. By coordinating heritage protection
and development, it promotes the unity of "culture" and
"production", so as to realize the protection and sustainable
development of agricultural cultural heritage. |
