当下国土空间规划以“划线”的方式切分空间要
素。然而在真实空间中,城市所接壤的边界地带并非一根清晰
可见的线条,而是一条混合过渡带,在具备建设功能的同时也
融合了周边自然环境的生态属性。城市与生态的一刀切是一种
“算账式”的思维模式,界内是城市,界外是自然,容易导致
过度城市化、城市边缘化等极端现象。且这一问题在近山地带
尤为常见,面临着岩土植被开垦、建筑遮挡山体景观等诸多挑
战。基于此,在揭示近山地带的空间本底逻辑与特征规律的基
础上,尝试以界壳理论为切入点,从自然生态系统、宏观视觉
景观、中观布局形态、微观公服职能4个价值维度对这条特殊
的城山过渡带进行特征解析并建构评价模型。进而以威海为案
例,基于多维评价结果找出导致景观遮挡、绿植带断裂、功能
活力阻塞等问题症结,并提出优化设计策略和建设模式,为城
山边界处的宏观设计和空间设计提供引导。 |

Analysis of Periphery Characteristics and Spatial Reconstruction in Urban Mountainous Area: Thoughts on City-mountain Boundary under the Guidance of Multi-dimensional Value |

Abstract: |
At present, the land spatial planning divides and controls
the spatial elements in the way of "lineation". However, in the real
space, the boundary zone bordering the city is not a clear line, but a
mixed transition zone, which not only has the construction function,
but also integrates the ecological attributes of the surrounding
natural environment. This is an accounting mode of thinking.
Within the boundary is the city and outside is nature, which will
lead to extreme phenomena such as excessive urbanization and
urban marginalization. And this problem is particularly common in
the mountainous area, facing many challenges, such as geotechnical
vegetation reclamation, building shelter mountain landscape, and so
on. On the basis of revealing the spatial characteristics of the near
mountainous area, this paper attempts to analyze its characteristics
and construct an evaluation model from the four value dimensions
of natural ecosystem, macro visual landscape, meso layout form
and micro public service function with the periphery theory as the
starting point. Then taking Weihai as an example, the paper finds
out the crux of the problem based on the evaluation results, and puts
forward the optimization design strategy and construction mode to
provide guidance for macro design and space design |
