从需求识别到模拟验证:城市街区绿色 基础设施对温度的精准调控

在城市双修和韧性城市的双重背景下,绿色基础 设施作为一种基于自然的解决方案,提供综合的生态系统服 务,其中的降温调节服务能有效缓解城市高温风险,改善人 体热舒适度。在降温调节服务供需视角下,提出一套针对高 温灾害问题的街区GI精准调控方法,即深化降温调节服务评 估框架-识别优先级空间-实施GI调控策略-提出降温目标- 模拟验证策略效益,并以武汉市武昌区为例,进行了方法实 操。从需求识别到模拟验证可知:城市街区绿色基础设施对 温度精准调控方法,能有效提高降温调节服务效益,为城市 微小尺度级别管理提供了普适的参考框架,在高度城市化中 具有重要的现实意义。

Abstract:
Under the dual background of urban ecological restoration and renovation and resilient city, green infrastructure (GI) provides comprehensive ecosystem services as one of the nature-based solutions, in which the cooling regulation service can effectively alleviate the risk of urban high temperature and improve people's thermal comfort. From the perspective of supply and demand of cooling regulation service, this paper puts forward the accurate regulation method of block GI for high temperature disaster, that is, deepening the evaluation framework of cooling regulation service - identifying priority space - implementing GI regulation strategies - putting forward cooling standard - simulating and verifying the benefits of strategies, and takes Wuchang District of Wuhan City as an example. From demand identification to simulation verification: the precise temperature regulation method of block GI can effectively improve the efficiency of cooling regulation service, provide a universal reference framework for urban micro scale management, and has important practical significance in high urbanization.
