| 新时代背景下，改善城市中各类文化空间设施成为
城市提升文化软实力的关键举措。遗址公园是西安城市的重要
文化设施，在不同尺度上发挥着多样的文化服务功能，其系统
性、整体性发展有助于强化城市文化功能。基于遗址公园文化
服务绩效内涵分析，建构了服务需求导向下的西安主城区遗址
公园文化服务绩效评价体系，该体系由保护绩效、服务绩效、
空间绩效和文化绩效4个子系统、11个因素、22个具体指标
组成。基于分析评价结果简要提出了针对西安主城区遗址公园
文化服务能力的规划提升策略。 |

| Research on Cultural Service Performance of Heritage Park in Xi'an City |

| Under the background of the new era, various types
of cultural space facilities in cities have become key initiatives
for cities to enhance their cultural soft power. Heritage park is an
important cultural facility in Xi'an city, which plays a variety of
cultural service functions at different scales, and their systematic and
holistic development helps strengthen the city's cultural functions.
Based on the analysis of the connotation of cultural service
performance of heritage park, the cultural service performance
evaluation system of heritage parks in the main urban area of Xi'an
based on service demand orientation is constructed, which consists
of 4 subsystems, 11 factors and 22 specific indicators, including
protection performance, service performance, spatial performance
and cultural performance. Based on the analysis and evaluation
results, this paper briefly puts forward the planning and promotion
strategy for the cultural service capacity of the heritage parks in the
main urban area of Xi'an |
