基于倾斜摄影模型的滨江空间多维形态 特征量化方法研究——以南京滨江为例

目前中国大量滨江城市逐渐从沿江发展转变为跨江 发展,因此其两岸的滨江空间建设及品质提升显得愈发重要。 为实现高品质的滨江空间营造,需形成更加精细化、科学化的 空间形态调研、评估方法,鉴于过往对空间形态的调研及评估 仍以定性分析为主,而近期对于倾斜摄影技术的运用仍多停留 于空间信息采集。尝试建构起基于倾斜摄影模型的滨江空间形 态高精度量化路径,借助起伏频率等8项关键形态指标以全方 面记录滨江形态变化,并选取南京为研究案例,对基于倾斜摄 影模型的滨江空间形态量化方法加以运用,计算出各维度形态 变化特征的同时,结合现状调研挖掘其形态变化动因,以期为 滨江空间精细化营建及品质提升提供积极探索,并拓展既有空 间形态量化方式。

Study on Quantitative Method of Three-dimensional Spatial Features of Riverside Space Based on Oblique Photography Model—A Case Study of Nanjing Riverside

Abstract:
At present, a large number of riverside cities have gradually changed from the development along the river to the development crossriver, so the construction of riverside space and the improvement of quality on both sides of the river are becoming more and more important. In order to realize the high-quality riverside space construction, it is necessary to form a more refined and scientific whole process of spatial form investigation, and evaluation. However, the investigation and evaluation of spatial form in the past is still based on qualitative analysis. This paper attempts to construct a high-precision quantitative path of riverside spatial form based on oblique photography model, and record the change of riverside form in all aspects with the aid of eight key morphological indexes, such as fluctuation frequency. Nanjing is selected as a case to apply the quantification method of riverside spatial form based on oblique photography model. The morphological change characteristics of each dimension are calculated, and the causes of morphological change are explored based on the investigation of the current situation in the meantime, in order to provide positive exploration for the fine construction and quality improvement of riverside space, and expand the existing space form quantification method.
