| 随着中国特色小镇概念的持续升温，特色小镇规划建设也备受关注。目前国内特色小镇规划多着眼于传统城市规划编制办法，缺少从景观层面出发的规划策略。以自然人文资源特色突出的小镇规划为例，强调以景观优先的特色小镇规划是通过景观资源评价、景观生态格局、空间构架组织、情景引导体验、布局形态塑造及落地实施应用6项内容间的叠加演进，并结合中国玫瑰谷项目，按照上述6项内容进行空间规划实践，以期为新型城镇化及乡村振兴战略提供新的思路和方法。 |

| Planning Practice of Landscape-based Industrial Town—Taking the Conceptual Planning of Rose Valley Industrial Town in China as an Example |

| As the concept of characteristic town continue to become increasingly popular domestically, their planning and constructions have also attracted much attention. In particular, traditional urban planning formulation methods are adopted for the most part to plan towns with outstanding characteristics of natural and human resources. However, actual problems of weak pertinence and poor applicability exist in traditional planning patterns, compared with high combination, superior quality, short cycle and launching features in planning and constructions of characteristic towns. This article takes the example of planning of towns with outstanding characteristics of natural and human resources, stands on researches about landscape-first composite planning methods, stresses that emphasis should be laid on evolutionary compositions of contents of five aspects with regard to the planning of characteristic towns, including landscape ecological patterns, space frame systems, experience guided by scenes, layout form shaping as well as launching, implementation and application, and conducts space planning practice in combination with the project of Chinese Rose Valley in order to provide new thoughts and methods for new-type urbanization and rural vitalization strategy. |
