基于Kano模型的居住型口袋公园环境 教育需求研究

摘要:
居住型口袋公园与公众日常交流、互动和联系程度最 为紧密,能为开展环境教育提供良好场所,实现“家门口的环 境教育”。诸多学者对于在居住型口袋公园中开展环境教育展 开了一些定性方面的探讨,而对其环境教育需求的定量研究较 为缺乏。根据相关研究总结口袋公园环境教育需求,利用Kano 模型对临平区9个居住型口袋公园展开需求类型调查、重要度排 序,并基于人群信息进行差异分析。结果显示,居住型口袋公 园使用者在4类一级需求中最注重场地规划与实践活动,包含植 物景观、专题展览活动等需求;解说服务与维护管理方面注重 解说牌、环境教育监管机制等需求;在不同人群信息条件下, 年龄、学历对于场地规划与实践活动上的环境教育需求存在差 异。该成果可为居住型口袋公园环境教育设计优化提供依据。

Abstract:
Residential pocket parks have the closest degree of daily communication, interaction and contact with the public, and can provide a good place for environmental education to achieve "environmental education at the doorstep". Many scholars have conducted some qualitative discussions on the development of environmental education in residential pocket parks, but there is a lack of quantitative research on the demand for environmental education. According to the summary of the environmental education needs of pocket parks based on relevant research, the Kano model is used to investigate the demand types and the importance of 9 residential pocket parks in Linping District, and to analyze the differences based on the population information. The results show that the users of residential pocket parks pay the most attention to site planning and practical activities among the four types of first level needs, including plant landscape, special exhibition activities, etc.; interpretation services and maintenance management pay attention to interpretation boards, environmental education supervision mechanisms and other needs; under the conditions of different population information, age and educational background have different environmental education needs in site planning and practical activities. The results can provide a basis for the optimization of environmental education design of residential pocket parks
