| 城市绿色空间对于改善居民健康具有重要作用。以
武汉东湖绿道为例，基于2019年东湖绿道周边居民的体力活
动和健康效应调查，通过控制受访者个体社会经济特征和邻里
建成环境因素，运用结构方程模型实证探究城市绿道使用对居
民生理和心理健康的影响，并鉴别各影响因素之间的相互作用
关系。结果显示，绿道使用通过完全中介作用间接影响居民生
理健康，通过部分中介作用影响居民心理健康；体力活动、社
会凝聚力、满意度及情绪状况等因素相互作用，在绿道使用与
居民健康的关系中发挥了显著中介作用。此外，年龄、收入、
职业状况、土地利用混合度、公交站点、公园绿地等因素对居
民健康也具有显著影响。建议通过提升绿道可达性及满意度、
改善绿道周边小区邻里环境、促进绿道使用公平性，提升居民
健康水平。 |

| Exploring the Effect of Urban Greenway Use onResidents' Health: Evidence from the East LakeGreenway in Wuhan, China |

| Abstract: |
| The usage of urban green space plays an important role
in promoting the physical and mental health of residents. Using the
survey data collected from the 2019 questionnaire on physical activity
and health effects of residents living nearby the East Lake Greenway
in Wuhan, China, this study aims to explore the effect of greenway
use on residents' physical and mental health and identify the mutual
relationship between various influencing factors, by controlling
respondents' socioeconomic characteristics and neighborhood built
environment elements. The results from structural equation modeling
show that greenway use could indirectly affect residents' physical
health through full mediating effect, and affect residents' mental
health through partial mediating effect. Moreover, physical activity,
social cohesion, satisfaction and emotion play the mediating role on
the relationship between greenway use and residents' health by their
interactions. Additionally, the residents' health is also influenced by
their age, income, occupation status, land use mix, bus stops, and green
space. This study suggests to improve residents' health by improving
the neighborhood environment, the accessibility and satisfaction of the
greenway, and promoting the equity of greenway use. |
