48 基于分类矩阵的街道定位及设计框架 研究——伦敦《街道景观指南(2019)》及 相关实践解读

新版伦敦《街道景观指南(2019)》(以下简称《指 南》)通过构建基于移动性与场所性的街道分类矩阵框架, 精准定位街道功能与服务优先性,使得街道设计从单纯追求 交通网络效率转变为复合社会公共空间景观营造。根据新版 《指南》,深入解析主要内容与编制更新机制,剖析分类矩 阵认知框架构成及其在街道规划设计中的作用。结合实际应 用案例,反映《指南》及相关引导的实施情况。针对国内街 道景观设计引导提出应当构建顶层框架,明确街道分类,优 化街道指南编制完善引导体系,并提出案例机制提升指南可 操作性的建议。

Abstract:
A street classification matrix framework is established in the Streetscape Guidelines (2019) in London, based on movement and place, which precises the position of street functions and service priority. The street design is transformed from the simple pursuit of traffic network efficiency to the complex social public space landscape creation. According to the new guidance, this article summarizes the content and iterative mechanism for update, and analyzes the role of the classification matrix cognitive framework in street planning and design, combining multiple actual street project cases to reflect the actual application of the guidelines. To guide domestic street design, it is suggested that a top-level framework should be built to clarify street classification, compile and perfect the guidance system, and introduce case mechanism to improve the operability of the guide.
