基于多学科和产教“双融合”的风景 园林专业应用型人才培养

摘要:
新时代中国高校正加快推进新工科、新农科等“新 四科”建设,促进人才培养向实用性、交叉性与综合性方向发 展。应用技术型高校风景园林人才培养应紧密结合行业发展对 人才的多元化需求,动态优化更新专业人才培养目标,探索开 展风景园林本科专业“一体、两观、三元、四个面向、五育并 举”的教学改革模式,重视生态文明观和劳动价值观“协同” 的价值引领,深度推进多学科和产教“双融合”,建设多学科 交叉的现代产业学院开放式实践实训平台,建立校企一体化的 “双师双能型”师资队伍,力争培养出认知思维创新、实践能 力厚实的风景园林应用创新型人才。

Abstract:
In the new era Chinese universities are accelerating the construction of new four disciplines especially in new engineering and new agricultural science, and promoting the development of talent training in the practical, intersectional, and comprehensive direction. The cultivation of landscape architecture talents in technology application universities should be closely combined with the diversified demands for talents in the development of the industry, dynamically optimize and update the cultivation objectives of professionals, carry out educational reform of "one life community, two values, ternary epistemology, four orientations, and all around development" in landscape architecture undergraduate majors, attach importance to the synergism of value guidance of ecological civilization and labor values, deeply promote the production-education integration of multidisciplinary, build an open practical training platform of modern industrial college, establish a teaching team of school-enterprise integration, and cultivate application innovative talents of landscape architecture specialty with innovative cognitive thinking and practical ability.
